More in the New Design series

Here are a few more of the newest designs. All of our friends & customers, especially in Banff love the bears.

Haircut at Fernie

Who say you can't get almost anything you want at at Farmers Market? Getting my haircut from a fellow vendor.

Lots of vendors at Fernie, veggies & fruit are back from Okanagan Cherries and the Loaf from downtown Fernie always has the best bread.

Silverware Crystal Rings

I am often asked, how do I get the crystals into the rings & the answer is, of course , carefully. Here are a few pictures of myself drilling the holes for the crystal pocket.

So there you go, one of our most popular items.

Some New Designs for 2013

These are a few of Donna's new designs. When you see them at the markets, grab them, they don't last long.

More designs to come, check back over the next few days.

First Fernie Market of Summer 2013

The Fernie Market is every Sun from 10:00 - 2:00 in the Rotary Park alongside Highway 3  Just east of the river bridge. A beautiful spot, lots of grass & trees.

Banff Market July 3rd

After the initial shakedown of the first markets we are now in our regular spot alongside Buffalo Street. Same spot every Wed.

Check out our neighbor, Jim with his booth Defending Awesome. You can actually do your own tie-dyed shirt right there.

Banff Canada Day

A beautiful sunny Canada day. We were fortunate that the Trans Canada Highway was repaired in time for the weekend & we were able to get up for the day. This weekend was the only time Banff residents & visitors had a chance to see our full booth, we usually only set up a half size version.

The market is a great addition to the Canada Day celebrations.

See you all next year!

Baynes Lake Market - July Long Weekend

The market is a little hard to find but worth it.
*From Fernie, go west past Elko to Highway 93, turn left going south for approx 5 minutes. Watch for the Jaffry-Baynes Road & turn right. Head west for approx 5 minutes & watch for white school house & market tents.
*From Cranbrook, head east & watch for Kikomun Road with the Kocanusa camping/beach signs. Turn right, head south for approx 10 minutes.  Watch for the flashing red light which is the Jaffrey/Baynes Road, turn left & head east for approx 5 minutes. Alternatively, head to Highway 93 & follow directions from there.

Baynes Market  this link will give you a Google map, the intersection of Jaffry-Baynes Road & Baynes Dump Road, the location of the market. The map actually shows the market set up.

Look for our booth east of the school house on the south end of the market. Watch for our tall multicolored flag. Hours are 9:30 - 12:30
Come early as parking gets crowded especially on long week-ends.
